The mission

CODI were engaged to assist an eCommerce business operating in Australia and New Zealand in increasing sales and efficiency of key products leading into a key shopping period, and getting them ready to scale up for the Black Friday and holiday period.

The process

Our client was previously working with agencies who created set-and-forget campaigns, losing massive sales opportunities. In developing our strategy, we wanted to ensure that we made sure this would not be the case in this engagement, and made a clear plan forward to incease opportunities for our client. 

Our expert ads team performed a full account audit to find opportunities and shortcomings before setting up new performance-driven campaigns that could be scaled when the client was ready to.

The results

Within the first month of the campaign, we were able to achieve:

  • An 8.5x ROAS averaged across all products – increasing over 109% compared to previous best campaigns
  • Generated over $140k in sales in our first month – this was over 119% more compared to their previous best performing month
  • We saw a 60% increase in conversation rate, bringing high quality customers to the site
