Tooraille were looking for a way to increase the results they were getting from their Paid Ads. Their Paid Ad growth had plateaued and they didn’t have a strategy in place to enable them to scale once ads had been optimised.Not only have we helped increase new customer acquisition, but we have also been able to increase new customer spend.
Creative Process
Historically Toorallie had always strongly communicated their style and fashion looks, however we identified a strong opportunity to introduce messaging around the unique qualities of Merino Wool within everyday clothing as well as the long heritage of the brand here in Australia.
Strategy Approach
Within our ads our focus is 100% on acquiring new customers, this means a focus on engaging cold audiences is key. By focusing on lifestlye and storytelling we were able to move the brand away from only talking exclusivley about features and products and bring new customers in rather than always speaking to the same pool of buyers.
